  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. melted butter or oleo
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix ingredients together.

    Roll in balls size of buckeye. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes on greased cookie sheet.

    Serve hot.
