  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent (optional)
  • 1 box herbed Stove Top stuffing

Directions

    Cook spinach as on box.

    Let chill for 1 hour.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Let chill.

    Make into 1-inch balls.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
