Spinach Balls

- 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm croutons (Cheddar and Romano or herb and garlic)
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach.

2Ring in paper towels to get all moisture out.

3While still warm, mix all other ingredients well and form into balls (they're a little slimy).

4Put on cookie sheet close together and put into freezer for 1 hour.

5Then you can put into plastic bags and keep frozen until you need them.

6Bake 15 to 20 minutes, frozen, in 350° oven.
