- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Microwave spinach in covered casserole on High 4 to 5 minutes, or until defrosted.

2Drain, pressing out excess liquid. Mix with remaining ingredients.

3Shape into 1-inch balls, about 1 1/2 teaspoons each.

4Place on wax paper lined baking sheet. Cover and freeze overnight.

5Pack in freezer container.

6Label.

7Freeze no longer than 2 weeks.
