Spinach Biryani

- Frozen spinach (10 - 16 oz, it's flexible)
- One medium onion, chopped
- 3 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Cinnamon, to taste (about 1/2 tsp.)
- Tumeric, to taste (about 1/4 tsp.)
Directions

1Over medium heat in a large skillet, saute the onion (sliced) until soft

2and golden.

3Add spinach (better thawed but that's not necessary).

4Cook till spinach is pretty dried out.

5Then add eggs one at a time - just crack them into the pan and stir them in with a wooden spoon. After each one is cooked, add the next.

6Once done with the eggs, add salt, pepper cinnamon and tumeric.

7Voila!
