- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter, chopped
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese cubes
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Directions

1Combine flour, cottage cheese, eggs and salt in bowl; mix well.

2Add butter, cheese and spinach; mix well.

3Pour into greased crock-pot.

4Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
