  • 4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 container regular sour cream
  • 1 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 huge block Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Cook spinach; drain. Add onion soup mix, sour cream and 2/3 of grated cheese.

    Mix thoroughly. Pour into baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
