- 2 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 can chicken mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Heat and drain spinach; add butter, cheese, eggs, soup, mayonnaise, milk and water chestnuts.

2Place in a greased casserole.

3Saute cracker crumbs with butter.

4Pour over mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
