- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach
- 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach, drain and set aside.

2Combine cheese and oleo. Beat in mixer until smooth.

3Stir in spinach.

4Spoon into greased casserole.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
