  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and set aside.

    Combine cream cheese and butter; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.

    Stir in spinach.

    Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350°
