  • 3 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. Kraft grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain real good.

    Mix remaining ingredients. Reserve some Cheddar cheese for top.

    Top with cheese and chopped, crumbled bacon.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until top is brown.
