- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 (9-inch) pie crusts, baked
Directions

1Cream together 2 cups powdered sugar and margarine.

2Add eggs, salt and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.

3Spread mixture into baked pie crusts, then chill.

4Whip cream in chilled glass bowl until stiff.

5Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

6Fold in pineapple and pecans.

7Spread this mixture on top of base mixture.

8Chill thoroughly.
