  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/3 c. Italian dried bread crumbs
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained

Directions

    Combine all ingredients reserving half of the bread crumbs for topping.

    Bake in greased casserole dish for 25 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top and bake.
