- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage, browned and drained
Directions

1For a thick crust, spread rolls in casserole dish (I prefer a thin crust).

2Blend spinach, eggs and 1/2 of cheese and sausage. Spread over crust; add the other half of cheese to top.

3Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
