- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2Combine eggs, soup, cheese and spinach.

3Pour into a 2 quart buttered casserole dish.

4Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with margarine.

5Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
