  • 4 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 tsp. beef bouillon
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • nutmeg and seasoned salt to taste
  • 1 large cream cheese
  • dash of red pepper
  • 3/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can water chestnuts

Directions

    Heat spinach as directed on package.

    Add beef bouillon to drained spinach.

    Add next 5 ingredients.

    While still warm, add water chestnuts.

    Put in baking dish.

    Cover, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serves 10 to 12.
