- 4 boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 3 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1/4 stick butter
- nutmeg and seasoned salt to taste
- 1 large cream cheese
- dash of red pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 can water chestnuts
Directions

1Heat spinach as directed on package.

2Add beef bouillon to drained spinach.

3Add next 5 ingredients.

4While still warm, add water chestnuts.

5Put in baking dish.

6Cover, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Serves 10 to 12.
