- 18 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach
- 8 slices Bacon
- 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened To Room Temperature
- 3/4 sticks Butter, Softened To Room Temperature
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, making sure you get all the water out by pressing the spinach against the sides of the colander.

2While the spinach is cooking, fry the bacon in a frypan; you want them crispy. Drain on paper towels. Cut into small pieces or crumbs.

3In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and the butter. Add salt and garlic. Add the spinach to the cream cheese mixture.

4Pour into a buttered 2-qt casserole dish. Sprinkle bacon crumbs on top. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
