- 4 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons milk (or almond or coconut milk)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 13 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions with salt.

2drain.

3place in casserole dish, set aside.

4mix cream cheese, milk and butter with beater til blended.

5spread on top of spinach.

6sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

7refrigerate overnight.

8Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
