  • 4 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons milk (or almond or coconut milk)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 13 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions with salt.

    drain.

    place in casserole dish, set aside.

    mix cream cheese, milk and butter with beater til blended.

    spread on top of spinach.

    sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
