- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2While spinach is draining, saute onion in butter.

3Add spinach, salt, pepper and garlic.

4Spoon half of spinach mixture into 9-inch pan.

5Spread Cheddar cheese and half of Mozzarella cheese and cover with remaining spinach.

6Spoon egg evenly over top.

7Sprinkle rest of Mozzarella cheese and then bread crumbs.

8Bake until spinach is piping hot and cheeses have melted, for 30 to 40 minutes.
