- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 1/2 c. cracker meal
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut squash and boil until tender. Drain, then mash. Add all ingredients except 1/2 of the margarine to squash.

2Melt remaining margarine.

3Put squash into baking dish.

4Pour remaining margarine over squash and sprinkle with additional cracker meal.

5Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
