Spinach Casserole

  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Cook, drain and cool spinach.

    Add Lipton onion soup mix and sour cream.

    Pour in greased casserole.

    Sprinkle stuffing mix. Melt margarine and pour over top.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.
