Spinach Casserole

  • 3 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. herb stuffing
  • 1/4 tsp. mace
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Add 1/2 stick of butter and cream cheese.

    Blend together.

    Add seasonings and sour cream. Put into a greased shallow casserole and cover with dry herb stuffing.

    Drizzle 1/2 stick of butter over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
