- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 9 inches unbaked pastry shells
Directions

1Drain spinach well, removing as much excess water as possible.

2Toss cheese with flour.

3Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well.

4Pour into pastry shell.

5Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
