  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 9 inches unbaked pastry shells

    Drain spinach well, removing as much excess water as possible.

    Toss cheese with flour.

    Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well.

    Pour into pastry shell.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

    Garish with additional bacon, if desired.
