Spinach Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 can French Onion Soup (undiluted)
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed And Drained
  • 1/2 cups Margarine, Melted
  • 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Combine eggs, sour cream and soup. Then, add all other ingredients except cheese and stir until well blended.

    Pour into an 8x12 greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Top with cheese, then bake another 5 minutes. Let it set about 5 minutes before serving.
