Spinach Cheese Bake

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach following package directions.

    Drain. Combine eggs, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Add cheeses and spinach. Turn into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes. This is really good!
