  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (do not cook)
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8-inch pie crust, partially cooked at 375~ for 10 minutes

    Combine all ingredients and pour into partially-cooked pie shell.
