Spinach Cheese Stuffing Shells

- 30 large pasta shells
- 1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 small pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 32 oz. Ragu or other spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook pasta shells in salted water until tender; drain and rinse with cold water.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, except spaghetti sauce.

3Stir to mix.

4Stuff each pasta shell with mixture; set in baking pan.

5When all shells are stuffed, pour spaghetti sauce over the top.

6Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
