Spinach Cheese Stuffing Shells

  • 30 large pasta shells
  • 1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 small pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 32 oz. Ragu or other spaghetti sauce

    Cook pasta shells in salted water until tender; drain and rinse with cold water.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, except spaghetti sauce.

    Stir to mix.

    Stuff each pasta shell with mixture; set in baking pan.

    When all shells are stuffed, pour spaghetti sauce over the top.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
