  • 4 oz (112 grm). water or chicken stock
  • 4 oz (112 grm). grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb (.5 kg). Velveeta cheese
  • 1 10 oz (280 grm). pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and water squeezed out
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz (224 grm). sour cream
  • 1 lemon, juice only

    Mix all ingredients in stock pot and melt together over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
