  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese

Directions

    Combine cornbread mix with spinach.

    Saute onion and salt in 3/4 stick butter.

    Mix all together.

    Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
