- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 oleo, melted
- 6 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 10 oz. box frozen spinach, drain and chopped, squeeze out liquid
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°. In bowl mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes until done.
