  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 4 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced (2/3 c.)
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Welsh Rarebit, thawed (about 1 c.)
  • 1 c. canned French fried onions
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, added to cooked spinach

Directions

    Place cooked spinach and mushrooms in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

    Top with bacon and water chestnuts.

    Spread Welsh Rarebit evenly over top.

    Garnish with French fried onions.

    Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
