  • 1 pkg. Instant Knorr Leek Soup Mix (or vegetable)
  • 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. - 2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen spinach - cook and squeeze out water
  • 1 round sourdough bread

    Mix all ingredients together except water chestnuts and bread.

    Mince water chestnuts and add to mixture.

    Refrigerate overnight for best results.
