- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Best Foods mayo
- 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions

1Thaw spinach and drain.

2Put sour cream, mayo, soup mix, and green onions together and mix.

3Add spinach and mix again. Add chestnuts and refrigerate 2 hours before serving for best flavor. Serve in large round sourdough bread with center cut out or wheat thin crackers.

4Makes approximately 3 cups.
