- 150 ml low-fat cream
- 1 clove garlic(minced)
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
Directions

1Blanch spinach in hot water and then wash under cold water.

3chop it finely and add to the cream , garlic and nutmeg.
