  • 500 grams baby spinach
  • 150 ml low-fat cream
  • 1 clove garlic(minced)
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste

    Blanch spinach in hot water and then wash under cold water.

    squeeze dry.

    chop it finely and add to the cream , garlic and nutmeg.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Chill before serving.
