Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, cooked, drained and chopped in food processor
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
  • chopped green onion to taste (optional)

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Add other ingredients and chill. Better if made the day before you serve it.

    Serve with Hawaiian Bread.
