Spinach Dip

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Thaw the spinach and

    squeeze out the water.

    Add green onion, parsley and mayonnaise.

    Then add salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.

    Serve with fresh raw vegetables and crackers.
