Spinach Dip

  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Knorr dried vegetable soup
  • 1 round farmer's bread or substitute

Directions

    Cook spinach and squeeze out water.

    Mix all ingredients, except bread.

    Pull out the bread center into bite-size pieces. Fill center with dip.

    Arrange bits of bread around loaf.
