  • For the dough
  • 200gr Flour
  • 1 bag dry yeast (special for pizza)
  • warm water
  • tonic water
  • salt
  • honey
  • For the filling
  • Tomato sauce
  • salt
  • mozzarella cheese
  • Ham
  • Olives

Directions

    1. In a bowl mix the flour with yeast, a bit of honey and salt. Add the tonic water and the warm water and make a soft elastic ball of dough working energetically with your hands.

    Cover the bowl with a wet clean towel and put it in a warm place for a couple of hours.

    2. After 2 hours, take the dough and work it on a wooden surface giving it a oval or round shape. Pinch the dough with a fork.

    3. Warm up the tomato sauce.

    4. Add it on top of the dough covering only half of it.

    5. Add the ham, the mozzarella cut in slices and the olives.

    6. Fold the dough and close the edges with wet fingers.

    7. Bake for about 20minutes at 220 degrees C.
