  • 7 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 oz. vegetable soup mix
  • 1 lb. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 5 oz. coarsely chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 1/2 scallions, finely diced

Directions

    Squeeze spinach in a towel until dry.

    Combine soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and spinach; blend well.

    Add water chestnuts and scallions; mix well.
