- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley dry dressing mix
- 2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- round pumpernickel bread
Directions

1Cook spinach for a few minutes.

2Add a little salt.

3Drain very well, get as much water out as possible.

4Mix all ingredients together.

5Make this 24 hours before serving.

6Refrigerate.

7Scoop out inside of bread.

8Add dip mixture.

9Place pieces of bread and Townhouse cookies around bread.
