  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley dry dressing mix
  • 2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 3/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • round pumpernickel bread

    Cook spinach for a few minutes.

    Add a little salt.

    Drain very well, get as much water out as possible.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Make this 24 hours before serving.

    Refrigerate.

    Scoop out inside of bread.

    Add dip mixture.

    Place pieces of bread and Townhouse cookies around bread.
