Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup and recipe mix
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
• 2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans ripe olives, chopped
• 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, mashed
• 3 tsp. olive oil
• 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. pepper
• dash of seasoned salt
