Ingredients
- 6 green onions
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 large purple cabbage
- assorted fresh vegetables
Directions

1Cut onions into 1-inch pieces.

2Position a knife blade in food processor bowl; add green onions.

3Top with cover; process until chopped.

4Add cottage cheese and yogurt to processor.

5Process 1 minute or until smooth.

6Add spinach, lime juice and seasonings; pulse 2 or 3 times or until mixed well.

7Chill until serving time. Cut off base of cabbage so it will set securely.

8Peel back largest leaves and leave attached to cabbage.

9Cut off top 1/3 of cabbage and hollow out center.

10Fill hollowed out center with dip and serve with vegetables.
