Spinach Dip

  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
  • 2 green spring onions, chopped
  • 1 loaf pumpernickel bread, scoop out middle, save pieces to use as dippers

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in order given.

    Thoroughly stir together. Cover and refrigerate.

    (Make sure spinach is dry.)

    When ready to serve, place bread on serving plate.

    Fill center with dip and place the bread pieces around the plate to dip with.

    Attractive and very good.
