- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 c. fat free mayonnaise
- 1 c. nonfat yogurt
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and minced
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 round loaf country bread (Flintstone)
Directions

1Drain spinach in a fine sieve, pressing to squeeze out as much water as possible.

2Transfer drained spinach to a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients except bread.

3Slice about 2 inches off top of bread.

4Hollow out loaf, leaving a 1-inch wall to create a bowl.

5To serve, spoon dip into bread bowl.
