- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped fine
- 1 round loaf dark bread (unsliced)
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions.

2Drain and squeeze out all excess water.

3Cool in refrigerator.

4When cooled, mix all other ingredients together.

5Refrigerate dip for several hours.
