Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) container fat-free plain yogurt (2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 green onions (with tops), chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • assorted raw vegetables, crackers or uncut loaf of bread

Directions

    Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and sugar in medium bowl.

    Stir in remaining ingredients, except raw vegetables. Serve with vegetables or crackers or spoon into hollowed-out loaf of bread and serve with bite size pieces of bread.

    Makes about 3 1/4 cups of dip.
