- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 pkg. chopped spinach
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat in skillet with onion, garlic, mushrooms and oregano.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Place frozen spinach on top and cover to steam until mixable.

4Add celery soup and sour cream. Mix thoroughly.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
