  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown meat in skillet with onion, garlic, mushrooms and oregano.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Place frozen spinach on top and cover to steam until mixable.

    Add celery soup and sour cream. Mix thoroughly.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
