- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- shredded or stripped Jack or Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic and oregano; add salt and pepper.

2Top with frozen spinach; cover.

3Steam until spinach separates.

4Mix together soup and sour cream.

5Cover spinach. Heat until warmed.

6Garnish with cheese.

7Steam until melted. Serves 6.
