  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 2 loaves crusty bread (round)
  • 2 minced onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Knorr veggy soup mix
  • 1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, diced

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except bread.

    Cut circle and hollow out 1 loaf of bread.

    Put filling inside.

    Cut remaining loaf into cubes.

    Place cubes around bread and spinach bed.

    Serve with knife to spread over the the cubes.
