  • 1 bag spinach
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Clean spinach of stems and wash.

    Cook in water with some salt for about 20 minutes.

    Pour through colander and chop.

    Saute onion and garlic in oil.

    Add flour and brown for about 1 minute.
